Charles Réal
1898-1979

Charles Réal was born in Bordeaux, France in 1898.

Réal was a painter of a wide range of subjects, he painted scenes from the circus, bars and nightclubs, and nudes.

Réal exhibited regulary at the Salon d’Automne in Paris of which he was a member. His style was that of the Postimpressionists, in technique and use of colors.

Réal died on the 2nd of January 1979.
