She is also known as: Cleo Beclemicheff, Born in Russia c.1900, died in 1978 Beclemicheff was the daughter of the last St. Petersburg Art Academy Rector (himself a sculptor) prior to and at the time of the 1917 revolution.

After his death (in 1921 or 1922), Beclemicheff moved to Berlin, then in Paris in around 1926, working actively for many years. She created sculptures of Ballets Russes dancers, culture figure.

She participated in personal and group exhibitions, work purchased by some museums, by the city of Paris, etc.

She exhibited several works in Paris at the J. Allard Gallery in 1929 and in 1933 she exhibited two works, "Guy de Pourtalès" and "Young Creole", at the Salon des Tuilleries.

The Centre Pompidou in Paris has one bronze from 1932, and thew Musée-Bibliothèque de l’Opéra in Paris has three sculptures of three sculptures of hers.

She is listed in Benezit, and the Eduard-Joseph dictionary of artists and sculptors, published in 1936.

Beclemicheff died in 1978.
