Cherry Jeffe Huldah was an American painter and illustrator, whose work is characterized by its focus on adolescent girls in the turn-of-the-century fashions.

With imagery inspired by her own childhood, Huldah painted in a style reminiscent of French Impressionism, notably influenced by the painter Pierre-Auguste Renoir in both her technique and subject matter.

The women she portrayed are heavily stylized, featuring larger-than-life eyes and skewed, petite bodies wearing delicate bonnets and full-skirted gowns in charming and nostalgic settings.

Born in 1901 in Dallas, TX, she achieved significant commercial success before her death in 2001, with her paintings frequently reproduced on Hallmark cards since 1953.
