Philippe De Rougemont

A master painter of female nudes, De Rougemont was a prolific artist.

Although he was French-born, De Rougemont created the majority of his works from his studio in Stokholm, Sweden.

His skill for capturing the beauty of the female form in oils made him a popular artist in his own lifetime and beyond.

De Rougemont’s works remain in numerous museums and collections throughout the world today.

De Rougemont died where he worked, in Stokholm, 1965.
