Pierre Langlade 1907-1972
Pierre Langlade was born on February 27, 1907 in La Rochelle, France.
Langlade was a pupil of Paul Albert Laurens and of R. Poughion. A member of the Société des Artistes Français, he exhibited in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Français and the Salon d’Automne as well as in many provincial cities. He was made a Chevalier du Mérite National Français.
His work is in the collections of museums in La Rochelle, Orbigny and Quimper. |
