Raoul-Roger Ballet was born in Aix-en-Provence, France. He was a painter and a sculptor often of mythological subjects. He exhibited at the Salon d’Automne in 1929 abd 1932. He also exhibited at the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts and the Salon des Indépendants in Paris.
